Kerri J. Ross

Practice Summary:

Kerri joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as an Associate in the Family Law Practice Group in 2007.  Prior to joining the firm, Kerri practiced in North Bay, Ontario, primarily in the area of Family Law litigation. During her time in North Bay, Kerri chaired the Board of Directors of the North Bay and District Humane Society and was the secretary of the Nipissing Law Association. 

Since moving to Ottawa, Kerri has completed the Collaborative Family Law training and has expanded her practice to include this method of settlement in addition to the traditional methods of negotiation and litigation.  Kerri can help any client resolve their family law issues including custody and access issues, support issues and property division upon marriage breakdown. In 2009, Kerri was a board member of the Ottawa Humane Society.  

Kerri has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Municipal Board, the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal and the License Appeal Tribunal for Ontario.
