Practice Summary:
Helen joined Tierney Stauffer LLP in October, 2009 as an Associate in the Business Law Practice Group. Her practice is focused within the areas of corporate and commercial law. Helen assists clients with a broad range of business transaction matters including financings, purchase and sale of businesses and reorganizations.
