Practice Summary:
Frank joined the firm in 1983 as a Partner. Frank's practice focuses on personal injury claims. He exclusively acts for plaintiffs and has successfully negotiated and settled thousands of claims arising out of serious injury or death.
Frank has dealt with injuries and death arising out of automobile, aviation and train accidents. As such he retains and relies upon forensic engineers and other expert witnesses.
As a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Medical Malpractice Specialty Group he has represented clients on many medical malpractice cases and he has successfully negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements.
Historically, Frank has represented the police department and various police agencies. As such, he has appeared in many tribunals and hearings arising out of police shooting deaths and other matters.
Frank has appeared in all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada as lead counsel.
Frank sits on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of the Ottawa Valley and chairs their Fundraising Committee for the annual charity dinner. He is also past Chairman of the Fundraising Charity Golf Tournament Committee for St. Patrick's Home Foundation. During his tenure as Chairman, the Fundraising Committee raised in excess of $500,000.00 for the home.
