Practice Summary:
Dana joined Stephen Tierney and Frank Tierney in partnership upon his Call to the Bar in 1986. His practice has since been concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, construction law, employment law, and personal injury law.
Dana works for a range of clients - from individuals, to private and public corporations, to chartered lending institutions, and government agencies. He is an experienced advocate in each of the trial, arbitration, mediation and tribunal processes.
Dana has lectured on numerous occasions to a variety of continuing education and community groups. Dana is also very involved with the Articling Program at our firm.
Dana sits on the Fundraising Committee of the Brain Injury Association of the Ottawa-Valley for the annual charity dinner. He is also a past Committee Member of the Fundraising Charity Golf Tournament Committee for St. Patrick’s Home Foundation. During his tenure as a Committee Member, the Fundraising Committee raised in excess of $500,000.00 for the home.
