Practice Summary:
Cale joined the firm in 2009 as an Articling Student where he gained experience in all areas of practice. Upon his Call to the Bar in June, 2010, Cale joined the firm as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group where he has been practicing in the areas of personal injury, contract litigation and insurance litigation.
Cale is currently a volunteer with Law Help Ontario, a not-for-profit legal clinic administered by Pro Bono Law Ontario.His speaking engagements include the Ontario Bar Association’s Excelling at Articles program, the County of Carleton Law Association’s annual Civil Litigation conference "The Ontario Apology Act", and a joint presentation to hospital workers at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre and social workers with the Canadian Mental Health Association "Legal Issues in Mental Health Direct Service Work".
Cale is also very involved with the firm’s charitable activities, having attended or assisted with a number of events in support of, among others, the Ottawa Valley Brain Injury Association, REACH Canada, the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, and the Canadian Paraplegic Association.”
