It allows the referring lawyer to maintain ongoing involvement to whatever degree he or she desires. The benefits to your firm are that the clients can be counselled at your office, and there is a fee sharing arrangement between you and our office.

In addition, once the relationship is underway, our referring solicitors often treat us as their own inhouse legal support group. We frequently provide advice and consultation to these solicitors. Often this leads to the solicitors handling the negotiations or conducting some litigation on their own with our guidance.
