Jada obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2002 and graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2006. She  completed her articles with Tierney Stauffer LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in June of 2007. Jada continues to practice with our firm as an Associate in our Corporate Commercial Department.

Jada’s areas of specialization include the purchase and sale of businesses (asset and share purchases), commercial leasing, incorporations & re-organizations, shareholders´ rights and remedies, and wills & estates.

Jada is an active member of the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and is a member of the organizing committee of the annual charity golf tournament sponsored and organized by our firm for the benefit of St. Patrick’s Home of Ottawa.

An avid sports enthusiast, Jada enjoys playing soccer and hockey and is a proud supporter of the Ottawa Senators.
