Frank C. Tierney

Frank was called to the bar in 1983 and restricts his practice to civil litigation and family law.

Frank has successfully helped many clients who have suffered serious personal injuries. Frank has extensive experience representing clients before administrative tribunals. He has acted as legal counsel to various police associations and management. He has appeared before various Police-related Tribunals as well as Transport, Liquor License, Criminal Injuries and other administrative tribunals.

Throughout his career, Frank has participated in and strongly encourages his clients to participate in alternate dispute resolution. Frank has given lectures to the medical profession concerning preparation of reports and the giving of evidence at trial.
