Donald M. Simonds
Don obtained his undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Economics from Queen's University in 1986. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, Ontario, in 1989.
A native of Belleville, Ontario, Don elected to complete his articling year at a mid-sized Ottawa firm and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1991.
Don joined our law firm in June, 2001, after seven prosperous years as a sole practitioner in Ottawa's west end.
Don carries on a solicitor's practice and is primarily responsible for matters involving residential real estate, mortgages, wills and estate administration. He also provides assistance in commercial real estate matters.
Don has conducted presentations on various residential real estate topics, particularly information seminars for "first time home buyers."
