Dana P. Tierney

Dana joined Stephen and Frank in partnership upon his call to the Bar in 1986. His practice has since been concentrated in the area of commercial litigation and employment law.

Dana works for a range of clients - from individuals through private and public corporations to chartered lending institutions and government agencies. He is an experienced advocate in each of the trial, arbitration, mediation and tribunal processes.

Dana's practice focuses on the related litigation areas of construction law, bankruptcy and insolvency, debtor / creditor, banking, wrongful dismissal, commercial landlord and tenant, and corporate dispute resolution. He has lectured on numerous occassions to a variety of continuing education and community groups.
